TiN Barrel Coating

Titanium Nitride, also known as TiN, is a PVD finish that will provide increase surface harness and lubricity to components that are desgined to have high friction interactions.  In practice, this means TiN coated parts move more smoothly, last longer and are easier to clean.  TiN is only available in a gold finish and can only be applied to steel components.
