Covid-19 Policy
During Covid-19, the firearm industry has seen a substanial increase in demand without a counteracting increase in production. For our DCA clients, this means it is becoming difficult to source base pistols for modification. We receive firearms daily, however, there is very little predicability in regards to what firearms we recieve. Though base firearms are currently scarce, we intend not to increase our base pistol price, however, our lead times may increase. We, unfortunately, cannot provide accurate leadtimes for sourcing base pistols. Our quoted lead time will begin when the base firearm in sourced. Our restocking fee still applies so please be certain before placing your order.

Customers who buy products through dangerclosearmament.com will be deemed to be customers of Danger Close Armament, Inc. Accordingly, all Danger Close Armament, Inc. rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and product sales will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time.
Pricing
We will determine our pricing for products in accordance with our own pricing policies. Product prices and availability may vary from time to time. We reserve the right to review your order for accuracy in our pricing, and cannot guarantee the availability of price of any particular product. The pricing received via our shopping cart system is a fair indication of our current prices, but note that we reserve the right to make corrections at any time.
Returns
Should your item arrive damaged or incomplete, we will exchange it. The same applies if we ordered the incorrect item, or if an incorrect item was shipped. Just notify us as soon as possible so that we can schedule the exchange.
All products returned or exchanged for reasons other than above are subject to restocking fees. The fees vary by manufacturer: anywhere from 15 - 35% of the purchase price. The average restocking fee is 30%. Contact us for exact rates. All returns must be authorized by our staff. All returns are inspected and must be in brand new resalable condition and in the original packaging. Any missing parts will void the return. No returns are allowed on merchandise that was installed and removed as it is considered used and non resalable.
For purchases made by credit card, a credit will be issued to the original card used for the purchase. We do not issue store credit.
Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on our site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in fee schedules, payment procedures, and rules.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connecting with this Agreement or clementhardware.com, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Disclaimers
We make no express or implied warranties of representations with respect to dangerclosearmament.com or any products sold through dangerclosearmament.com. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Annapolis, Maryland and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Cancellations
If an order is cancelled, a cancellation fee will apply. The non-negotiable fee on a cancelled order is 30% regardless of when the cancellation is submitted. By placing your order, you are agreeing that you understand our cancellation policy.
