Glock Porting
Danger Close Armament is Proud to now offer barrel and slide porting. Porting directs gases upwards helping reduce muzzle flip by up to 30% depending on type of ammunition used. We currently offer 2 types of porting: "Chunk Porting" and "Stratos Inline porting"
Our Chunk porting features a large " Chunk" style opening in your barrel and slide. We relocate your Front sight behind the porting elimating carbon fouling. by being at the very end of the barrel it ensures maximum leverage and thus effectiveness of the porting. We back bore the barrel to eliminate any potential bullet shaving
On pistols where chunk porting may not be an option or you dont want a shorter sight radius we offer our Stratos inline Porting featuring staggered inline ports down the spine of your barrel. we cut anywhere from 3 to 5 ports (depending on the length of your slide) as far forward closest to the front sight to maximize their effectiveness. the porting includes both the barrel porting and a window to allow for the gasses to escape. please note if your Glock slide has a factory window (34,17L ect. we will cut the ports to line up with the factory window)
